5. Personal-use license

• Upload proprietary materials into an AI-training dataset or use them to train an AI model
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices

Written permission is required for any use outside your personal license.

6. Intellectual property

All original course content, frameworks, videos, audio recordings, workbooks, prompts, templates, response cards, graphics, product designs, downloads, website copy, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Elite Seller Academy LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Elite Seller Academy™, The Real Objection Method™, The Real Objection Framework™, The Personalized Objection Playbook™, The Same-Day Close Setup™, and associated product names and brand identifiers are marks claimed by Elite Seller Academy LLC.

Unauthorized use may result in terminated access and appropriate legal action.

7. AI-assisted resources

Some products include prompts intended for use with third-party artificial-intelligence tools.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for a particular customer or sales situation. Customers are responsible for reviewing, editing, and exercising their own judgment before using an AI-generated response.

Elite Seller Academy does not control or guarantee the availability, policies, privacy practices, or output of third-party AI providers.

Do not enter confidential employer information, customer personal information, payment information, trade secrets, or other sensitive material into an AI platform.

8. Educational purpose and no guarantee of results

Elite Seller Academy does not guarantee sales, revenue, income, closing ratios, quotas, performance attainment, promotions, employment outcomes, or other specific results.

Customer results vary based on experience, effort, implementation, market conditions, employer policies, offers, customers, and other factors outside our control.

10. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future transactions. Any applicable taxes or separately selected additions will be displayed before payment is completed.

Customers authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

11. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and the 14-Day Put-It-Into-Practice Guarantee displayed at checkout.
